🖥️ Use of the website

Our JPG to PDF tool is completely free. You don't need to create an account, remember a password, or hand over your email. You can use it for personal projects, school assignments, office work, or anything in between. We only ask that you use it respectfully and legally.

🧑‍💻 Your responsibilities

You're in control of the images you upload. That means:

• You should only upload images you have the right to use (your own photos, scans of documents you own, etc.).
• Don't upload anything illegal, harmful, or that violates someone else's privacy.
• You're responsible for the content you convert, we never see your files, so we can't police them.

If you accidentally upload something you shouldn't have, just close the browser tab. The data disappears.

🔒 File processing & privacy

🚫 Prohibited use

We want the tool to remain fast and reliable for everyone. So please don't:

• Use automated scripts or bots to overload the website.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the converter.
• Upload malicious files or content that could harm other users (though, again, files stay on your device).
• Use the tool for any illegal purpose.

If we detect abuse, we reserve the right to block access — but honestly, we've never had to do that. Most people just want to convert their images and move on.

⚙️ Service limitations

We provide the converter "as is" and "as available." That means:

• We can't guarantee the tool will work perfectly on every device or browser.
• Conversion speed depends on your device's processing power and the size of your images.
• We may occasionally need to take the site offline for maintenance or updates.

We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but technology can be unpredictable.

📡 Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime, but sometimes things happen, a server restarts, an update rolls out, or the internet has a hiccup. If the site is temporarily unavailable, please try again in a few minutes. We'll have it back up as soon as possible.

⚠️ No warranty

We don't offer any warranties, express or implied. The tool is free, and we provide it with good intentions, but we can't promise it will meet every specific need or work flawlessly in every situation. You use the converter at your own discretion.

📉 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JPG2PDF.tool and its creators are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use the website. This includes data loss (though, again, we don't store data), conversion issues, or any other inconvenience. You're responsible for keeping backups of your original files, it's always a good practice anyway.

⚖️ Fair use policy

We believe in fair access for everyone. Please use the converter in a reasonable manner:

• Don't hammer the site with hundreds of conversions per minute.
• Don't try to bypass any limits (we don't really have limits, but if we notice unusual activity, we may investigate).
• The tool is meant for normal personal and professional tasks, not for reselling or building a competing service.

If we think someone is abusing the service, we may temporarily restrict access. But we'll always try to reach out and resolve things first.
